Flexibility, Convenience & Community: Co-Working in District Living
Explore our Co-working Spaces in District Living
With the rise of remote working, professionals can enjoy the freedoms of a nomadic lifestyle. Vienna is an ever-growing tech hub, ideal for digital nomads looking to live somewhere new. All you need is a comfortable, well-equipped workspace where you lock in online!
District Living - A New Workspace in Vienna
The District Living development in Vienna provides a fully equipped co-working zone with Wi-Fi, hireable meeting rooms and individual desks. You have all the amenities a young professional could need for comfort, including a café, on-site fitness facilities and a rooftop bar.
Why is a Designated Workspace Essential?
Reduced Running Costs
Renting or leasing office space can be expensive. Co-working spaces are a cost-effective alternative, especially for startups. Book out the space based on your budget and when you need it.
Access to High-Spec Facilities
Co-working spaces provide Wi-Fi, printers, desks, meeting spaces, break rooms, bathrooms and communal lunch spaces.
Flexibility
Most co-working spaces are booked on a rolling basis, by day, week or month. This means businesses and remote professionals aren’t locked into a contract and can adapt their use of the space to their needs.
Community and Connectivity
A downside to remote working is the lack of in-person contact with colleagues or a wider team. This can feel isolating, especially in a new country. Co-working spaces provide a professional community for you to meet new people.
Networking Opportunities
Because co-working spaces are shared between different businesses and professionals, they’re an excellent opportunity to network and grow. Employees and independent professionals can mingle and discuss their processes and perspectives.
Work-Life Balance
Our work-life balance impacts our mental well-being. Separating your workspace from your living area means you leave work outside the door when you get home.
The District Living Co-Working Space
The District Living co-working space has individual desks, private offices and meeting rooms for up to 12 people. Enjoy complimentary hot drinks, a printing service and high-speed Wi-Fi. You also have access to bike storage, lockers and the District Living support team.
Day passes for a flexible desk are available for €19. However, the monthly pass is the best value at €115/month, which works out at less than €4 a day for your co-working space.
Transport Links Around District Living
Our District Living co-working space is found across the Reichsbrücke, opposite the Vienna Women's Academic Centre. There is a 16-minute tram from Praterstern to the Reichsbrücke stop outside District Living. You can also cycle the route in under 10 minutes.
