Frequently Asked Questions
Student
The rent covers everything for a hassle-free move-in. It includes your base rent, the inventory, advance payment of energy costs, water, Wi-Fi and other costs such as garbage collection. You’ll also have unlimited access to the fitness centre, yoga room, games room and sky lounge. A full breakdown of all costs will be shared before you sign your lease.
We normally need about 10 days to prepare the rental contract and complete the required procedures. If the studio or apartment you’ve chosen is still occupied, you’ll need to wait until the current tenants have moved out. Your move-in date will be discussed and confirmed when we draw up your rental contract. Please make sure to provide all the required documents promptly, as any delays could affect your lease and move-in date.
You’ll need to provide the following documents:
- Copy of your passport (front and back)
- Copy of your valid visa
- Copy of your last three salary statements
- Employment contract (if starting a new job)
- Enrolment letter confirming monthly income from your university or institute if you’re studying for a doctorate or similar
Yes. Your parents or just one parent can rent the apartment on your behalf. They’ll need to submit all the documents listed above.
It’s simple. Use our contact form or book a viewing directly through our website. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We’ll be happy to arrange your visit and answer any questions.
Both the deposit and the first rent payment must be made before you move in. You can either transfer the deposit or provide an official deposit guarantee. The deposit is due at least two weeks before your agreement starts and the first rent payment is due at least four weeks before the start date.
