District Living is an amazing place with a great location. Here you can find everything from the Danube river, several bars and parks to relax in, to the atmosphere of the business area inspiring you for your future goals and work.

Everything you need to know during your stay.
It’s very simple. Just contact our reception team via email at info@district-living.at or call from Monday to Friday between 09:00am and 05:00pm at +43 1 2520325800. We will be happy to arrange a viewing with you.
It is very important that you transfer the first rent payment and the deposit before you move in, or that the original deposit guarantee is available before you move in. The deposit is due at least two weeks before your agreement starts, and the first rent payment is due at least four weeks before the start date.
You can transfer the deposit to the account specified in your rental agreement or pay online. Contact your Leasing Agent for instructions on online payments.
We normally need about 10 days to prepare the rental contract and follow all the relevant procedures to secure your apartment. Please note that if the apartment you have chosen to lease is currently occupied, you will need to wait until after the apartment has been vacated by the previous tenants before you are able to move in. Your move-in date will be discussed and confirmed with you when we draw up your rental contract.
Please see the below question for a list of documents required from you so that we can keep the leasing process as efficient as possible. Any delay in receiving the required documentation may cause delays to lease and/or moving in.
The documents you need to provide to us are:
- Self-disclosure form (completed & signed)
- Copy of passport (front & back)
- Copy of valid visa Copy of your last three salary statements Employment contract (if starting a new job)
- Enrolment letter stating the monthly income from your University or Institute if you are studying a doctorate degree or similar
Yes, that is possible. Your parents, or even just one parent, should rent the apartment for you. They must then submit all the documents listed above.
Base rent, the inventory and advance payment of energy costs, water, WIFI and other ancillary costs such as garbage collection, etc. are all included in the total rent. Access to amenity spaces like fitness center, yoga room, games room, sky lounge is included in the rent. A full breakdown of all costs will be communicated to you at the time of leasing.
We have limited underground parking available for our residents only at District Living. Rent your parking space for a monthly fee of EUR 140. Limited E-Parking is available for EUR 220. As the parking slots are limited, they are subject to availability.
